Intention to declare Plan Change 12 - Operative Under clause 20 of schedule 1 of the Resource Management Act 1991. Napier City Council publicly notifies that Plan Change 12 – Mission Special Character Zone, to the City of Napier District Plan will become operative on 30 January 2019.
