Community organisations, big and small, are at the heart of this. Each year we provide $74,200 through the Community Development Grant to support initiatives that respond to a community need. Any not for profit group or organisation working within Napier is eligible to apply for a Community Development Grant (CDG). Each grant is typically between $2,000 and $5,000: the initiatives must be targeted at Napier residents and meet the following criteria:
