Smarty Grants is an online portal that allows grant makers to track their progress and receive notifications on upcoming grant opportunities, ensuring that they are always up-to-date with the latest information. Smarty Grants simplifies the grant application process, providing organisations, groups and individuals with access to a wide range of funding opportunities. This means applicants will now need to create a Smarty Grants profile to apply for funding. Once your Smarty Grants profile is set up, you can apply for funding here. No hard copy applications will be accepted, and no late applications will be considered.
For more information on Smarty Grants and how to sign up visit our Smarty Grants info page here.
We want to see Napier become the best city in New Zealand to live, work and raise a family - and to live a safe and satisfying life. Each year we provide funding to community organisations that help build a whānau vibe in the city. Applications are accepted all year round.
Our city relies heavily on a number of community organisations, many voluntary, that care for Napierites, especially our more vulnerable citizens. Each year we provide operational funding to these groups so they can continue their good work. Applications open Friday 3 May, 2024.
