This venue has two areas for hire: the main hall for weddings, functions and seminars, and; a meeting room. The hall’s capacity is 160 seated and 100 for dining. The meeting room is suitable for small meetings, business functions and seminars. Capacity is 30 people.
This venue has two areas for hire - the main hall and a meeting room.
The main hall is suitable for weddings, social functions, meetings, and seminars. It has capacity for dining up to 100 people comfortably, while the maximum permitted in the hall at any one time is 160. The hall flooring is made up of 2/3 carpet and 1/3 lino.
The meeting room, which is carpeted, is suitable for small meetings, social functions and seminars. Capacity is approx 30 people.
The hall must be cleaned and vacated by 12 (midnight), as the hall is in a residential area (no exceptions).
A Special Licence must be obtained to have alcohol on the premises. No BYO Licenses are available.
The kitchen contains 2 fan bake ovens, 1 fridge/freezer, 1 dishwasher, 1 microwave oven, 1 hot water zip, 3 large teapots, and 4 milk jugs. Crockery and cutlery consists of 100 sets and can be found in the drawers by the servery. In addition there are 54 large glasses and 40 small glasses.
Other equipment includes 100 chairs, 12 wooden top tables, 2 trollies, 7 lightweight trestles, 1 formica top table, 1 formica top cake table. Both rooms have a fixed whiteboard on the wall.
