Napier City Freedom Camping Bylaw 2017

Pursuant to section 157 of the Local Government Act 2002, the Napier City Council hereby gives notice that Council adopted the Napier City Freedom Camping Bylaw 2017 on December 14th, 2016.

The bylaw will take effect from Wednesday 1 February 2017 when the existing Freedom Camping Bylaw 2014 (amended on November 2015) will be revoked.
