This Sunday 27 September Napier City Council will be carrying out a water mains flushing programme in Onekawa’s Industrial area.
This flushing work may cause some disruption to the area’s water supply between 8am & 4pm but our water team will endeavour to keep this to a minimum.
Letters to affected businesses and properties will be delivered this week advising of this work.
If properties neighbouring the Onekawa industrial area experience dirty water on Sunday between these times, we ask you run an outside cold tap for 15 minutes to flush your water pipes. If it doesn’t clear, please call 06 835 7579.
This work is part of NCC’s ongoing commitment to maintaining and improving the quality of Napier’s water supply.
