Full road closure of Kelvin Place from Kelvin Road to the end of Kelvin Place.
Spotter will be in place at the intersection of Kelvin Road and Kelvin Place to allow access for residents and heavy vehicles (where required).
Details for residents’ and business access will be advised by mail. Residents will be allowed access, but it may be delayed at times.
Note that the accessway at the end of Kelvin Place between Riverbend Road and Kelvin Place will be closed during housing construction works.
