This survey sets out a framework for considering social well being and important information about the quality of life for Napier residents. The survey is descriptive only and is a general, brief insight into the social status of 400 residents living in Napier. Survey was conducted in October and November in 2009. Items measured are housing, health, safety, employment, education and training, vehicle and Internet access, nature of community and community relationships.
