Pursuant to the section 342 of the Local Government Act 1974, notice is given that the following roads are proposed to be closed for the Open Streets Event in Ahuriri on the dates and times shown below:
Sunday 10 December 2017, 5.00am – 5.00pm
Bridge Street, between Hardinge Road, Nelson Quay and Ahuriri Bypass (State Highway 50).
Customs Quay, between State Highway 50 and West Quay.
West Quay, between Customs Quay and Lever Street.
Alternative routes will be available. There will be limited access for vehicles belonging to residents and businesses, but no on-street parking will be available within the closed section of Bridge Street, Customs Quay and West Quay for the duration of the road closures.
