Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Local Government Act 1974, section 342 that the following roads are proposed to be closed and have limited access for residents on the dates and times shown below.

Friday 5 January 2018 
Elite & U23 Road National Championships - Time Trials

6.00am – 3.00pm
Church Road, Taradale - between Balmoral Street and Montpelier Drive
Tironui Drive, Taradale - in the vicinity of Church Road.

Saturday 6 January & Sunday 7 January 2018 
Elite & U23 Road National Championships - Women’s and Men’s

9.00am – 3.00pm
Battery Road from Bull Street to Seapoint Road
Battery Road from Bridge Street to Lever Street
Milton Road from Milton Avenue to Battery Road
Burlington Road no entry from Milton Road to Napier Terrace
Spencer Road no entry from Napier Terrace to Simla Terrace
Shakespeare Road from Battery Road to Hastings Street
Browning Street from Hastings Street to Marine Parade
Napier Terrace from Burlington Road to Spencer Road
Carlyle Street from Thackeray Street to Chaucer Road

One-way closures
Hastings Street from Browning Street to Tennyson Street – seafront lane only
Tennyson Street from Hastings Street to Marine Parade – towards seafront only
Cathedral Lane/Browning Street from Tennyson Street to Hastings Street (from Tennyson Street end).

6.00am – 6.00pm
Marine Parade from Browning Street, Tennyson Street to Coote Road.

Wednesday 10 January 2018 
Black Barn Vineyards Criterium

3.30pm – 11.00pm
Marine Parade between Browning Street and Vautier Street
Tennyson Street between Herschell Street and Marine Parade
Vautier Street from Hastings Street to Marine Parade – towards seafront only.

Residents and retailers will be given access, although some delays may be experienced.
