Following a successful trial in 2016-17, Napier City Council seeking applications for a 'pop-up' food and beverage business on the Marine Parade Foreshore Reserve. The location is down the Breakwater Rd end, towards the port.

We're calling for expressions of interest for a pop-up food and beverage business with a glorious sea-side view.
The Breakwater Road site at the Port end of Marine Parade is up for tender and we'd like to hear your ideas and plans. If you're interested, please download the Request For Proposal document here or from www.napier.govt.nz keyword: #mppopup.
