It’s that time of year again when Napier residents are asked what they think of Napier City Council’s performance.
The National Research Bureau has been commissioned by Council to undertake a confidential random telephone survey on the services it delivers, and issues related to Council.
The survey, of 450 residents, will take place over 10 days from Friday (9 June). It includes a range of questions, such as how often someone has visited or used a Council service or facility, and whether they were satisfied with it.
In the 2016 survey public gardens and street beds had the highest satisfaction rating of 96%, followed closely by parks and reserves at 95%.
The survey is carried out annually and is used in Council’s planning process, forming part of the Council’s formal reporting.
