SECTION 83 of the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 2002
Consultation on the Draft Easter Sunday Trading Policy
Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 83 of the Local Government Act 2002 that the Napier City Council is proposing to adopt the following policy:
• Napier City Council Easter Sunday Trading Policy Copies of the relevant documents covering the proposed bylaw will be available for public comment from 05 December 2016 until 12 noon 13 January 2017.
Public Inspection
The following information will be available for public viewing throughout this period on the Napier City Council website www.napier.govt.nz keyword #EasterSundayTradingPolicy, and at the Napier Public Library and Taradale Public Library:
The closing date for submissions is 12 noon, 13 January, 2016
Public Participation Process
All written submissions should be addressed to the Senior Policy Planner and either made:
