Notice is given that the Napier City Council invites tenders for the purchase of the following abandoned motor vehicles which are being offered as is, where is, pursuant to the provision of Section 356 of the Local Government Act 1974.

Conditions of tender may be uplifted from the Napier City Council, 231 Hastings Street, Napier.
Tenders are to be in writing and addressed to the Director Infrastructure Services, marked “Tender for the Purchase of Abandoned Motor Vehicle”. Payment can only be made on receipt of notification of successful tender.
Tenders close at 12noon on Wednesday, 19th April 2017.
Vehicles may be inspected by arrangement with the Parking Team Leader on telephone 06 834 4196.
