As we head into the festive season, some of our council services and facilities will have updated hours of operation. Whether you’re planning to visit Bay Skate, take a dip at the pool, or pop into one of our other services, be sure to check the updated holiday hours below.
There are also changes to Council rubbish and recycling collections. If your recycling or rubbish is normally collected on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday, it will be collected one day later than usual. For example, if your recycling is normally collected on Wednesday, it will be collected on Thursday. Please see the full changes in the table below. There is no change to Monday and Tuesday collections. Normal service days return from Monday 6 January, 2025.
