Pursuant to clause 8 of the Napier City Public Places Liquor Control Bylaw 2004, notice is hereby given of the temporary suspension of the prohibition of the consumption, possession, and bringing in, of liquor in the Central Business District.
The suspension shall take from:
Midday Wednesday 18 February to Midnight Sunday 22 February 2015.
This will enable the citizens of Napier and visiting participants attending the special events of the Art Deco weekend, to enjoy the alfresco celebrations.
This suspension relates only to that area described in the bylaw as the Central Business District and does not apply to, or have any effect upon, the prohibitions in any other areas.
