Pursuant to clause 22(2) of Schedule 7 of the Local Government Act 2002, an Extraordinary meeting of Council will be held on Thursday, 19 January 2023 at 12.30pm in the Ikatere Room, Level 2, Capeview Building, 265 Marine Parade, Napier.

Given the nature of the business to be discussed the item will be held in public excluded under sections 7(2)(a) and 7(2)(i) and 48(1) of the Local Government Official Information and Meeting Act 1987 and will not be livestreamed.
