There will be two Council meetings held on 16 November.
Notice of an Extraordinary Council Meeting – Pursuant to clause 22, schedule 7 of the Local Government Act 2002, an Extraordinary Meeting of the Napier City Council will be held in The Ocean Suite, East Pier Hotel, 50 Nelson Quay, Ahuriri on Tuesday, 16 November 2021 at 3.00pm.
The nature of the business for this meeting is: 3 Waters Reform Memorandum of Understanding.
Notice of an Emergency Council Meeting – Pursuant to clause 22A(1), schedule 7 of the Local Government Act 2002, will be held in The Ocean Suite, East Pier Hotel, 50 Nelson Quay, Ahuriri on Tuesday, 16 November 2021 following an Extraordinary Council meeting at 3.00pm.
