- No Parking from 6:00 a.m
- Full closure of Clive Square East from Dickens Street to Tennyson Street.
- Full closure of Dalton Street from Emerson Street to Tennyson Street.
- Full closure of Tennyson Street from Dalton Street to Herschell Street.
- Full closure of Emerson Street from Clive Square West to Dalton Street.
- Full closure of Hastings Street from Emerson Street to Browning Street.

- Parking Permitted
- Closure of Tennyson Street from Milton Road to Dalton Street (one lane only).
- Closure of Dalton Street from Emerson Street to Dickens Street (one lane only).
- Closure of Cathedral Lane from Tennyson Street to Browning Street – Exit via Browning Street.
- Closure of Emerson Street from Hastings Street to Dalton Street – Exit via Dalton Street.
- Closure of Hastings Street from Dickens Street to Emerson Street – Exit via Emerson Street and Dalton Street.
