Over the next few weeks members of the public may notice a lot of water being discharged into the Georges Drive drain.
This is nothing to be alarmed about – we are discharging untreated drinking water from the pipeline connecting one of the city’s main bores supplying the drinking water network in preparation for further work on the water network.
The extra discharge is expected to cease in about two weeks.
