NOTICE OF HEARING

NOTICE is hereby given that the Committee will hold a public hearing to consider the proceedings listed below. Each matter will be called at the time and date specified.
Any person who claims an interest in these proceedings must:

• File with this office prior to the hearing, the grounds of that interest (if not already notified)
• Advise if they intend to make submissions or give evidence at the hearing
• Provide disclosure of all briefs of evidence and any other documentary material that parties seek to introduce as evidence. Disclosure must be to the Secretary at least ten working days before the scheduled hearing. Note: The Secretary will circulate all disclosed evidence to all parties to the hearing.

If such persons do not then appear in person or by counsel, the matter may be heard and determined in their absence.
A full agenda will be sent to all parties to the hearing closer to the date.
