Customer Service Centre closed until 10am on Monday, 23 March

Over the weekend, the Government announced the four-level COVID-19 alert system and advised that we are at Level 2 – Reduce, which means that the disease is contained, but risks of community transmission growing.

To enable us to implement the appropriate health and safety measures, our Customer Service Centre on Hastings Street will be closed from 8am to 10am on Monday 23rd March. We will be open as usual from 10am. You can still call us on 835 7579 or email us at info@napier.govt.nz. There are also various services that can be accessed online. 

We apologise for any inconvenience this might cause, but our first priority is the safety of our community and our staff.
