Napier's 2018 New Year's Eve Celebrations take place at the Soundshell. We're expecting large crowds and so we'll be closing several roads from 4.30pm on Monday 31 December 2018 until 10.00am the next morning – Tuesday 1 January 2019. The closures include:
Detours will be in place, Marshalls will be directing. Please note you'll be able to get to the Marine Parade car park from the sea side of the Vautier Street roundabout.

Full road closure of Marine Parade from Albion Street to Browning Street
Full road closure of Tennyson Street from Market Street to Marine Parade
Full road closure of Hastings Street from Dickens Street to Browning Street
Full road closure of Herschell Street from Browning Street to Emerson Street
Full road closure of Emerson Street from Dalton Street to Marine Parade
Detours will be in place.
Access will be available to the car park on Marine Parade on the sea side from the Vautier Street roundabout. |
