Napier City Council will soon be asking you what you think about its draft Library and Civic Area Plan.
The Plan is high level and describes how activities, spaces and buildings work together to deliver quality places and spaces. The following images show how buildings and spaces might relate to each other, and the experiences we hope to create through the Library and Civic Area Plan.
We look forward to sharing the draft plan with you and to hear your thoughts on your aspirations for this important place in our community. We release the plan for consultation on sayitnapier.nz on Monday 20 September 2021.
