The Big Easy cycle event is back for 2017. This Easter Saturday, April 15, hundreds of riders are expected to saddle up for the fifth annual Big Easy cycle ride on the Hawke’s Bay Trails wrapping up with a concert at Church Road Winery.

Organisers of The Big Easy, Hawke's Bay Tourism have announced a stellar line up for this year’s Big Easy concert starring ‘The Easy Riders’, Jackie Clarke, Annie Crummer, Suzanne Lynch and Rikki Morris, as well as local talent ‘Hidden Agenda’ and singer/songwriter Ian Munro kicking the party off at 2pm, followed by a one-off collaboration of ‘The Easy Riders’.

Riders are in for a treat as fan favourites Jackie, Annie, Suzanne and Rikki collaborate to bring you a special performance of classics with a twist in a high energy performance. Calling themselves ‘The Easy Riders’ in honour of all the participants - but don’t expect to see any of them donning form fitting lycra!

Jackie Clarke is excited to be returning to the Big Easy with friends Rikki and Annie as well as fellow Ladykiller Suzanne Lynch.

“I really love the vibe of the Big Easy, it’s my perfect event; a group of mates getting on their bikes and getting amongst the beautiful Hawke’s Bay countryside, then celebrating their ride with a couple of glasses of wine and a boogie.”

Hawke’s Bay Tourism General Manager, Annie Dundas is thrilled to have Jackie, Annie, Rikki and Suzanne back at the Big Easy for the fifth birthday.

“The crowds adored their last concert and we love their new band name!”.

There will be a range of food and beverage offerings available on-site too, including beer, wine, non-alcoholic beverages and bites to eat.

Adult entry is $35, while children 12 and under are $15. Tickets include a Big Easy T-shirt, entry to the concert and access to the special deals and discounts on the Big Easy route. Tickets for the Little Easy are $15 for Adults and $10 for kids and include a Little Easy T-shirt.

Tickets can be purchased via The Big Easy website.
