My Pages Explained

This website has five pages that are set out in a different format than the rest of the site, these pages are designed for Napier Ciy Council rate payers and residents. These pages are called:

• My Property
• My Council
• My Community
• My Voice
• My Payments

These pages are set out with links to sections of the website that relate to rate payers and residents, the page is setup so the pages relate to your view of council (from your perspective). These pages should help you to navigate and find what you want on our website easier.

My Property

The 'My Property' section displays all the information on our website that relates to your property or that you might find interesting about your property.

There is a search that allows you to put in your address, you then select your address from the list to the right. Once you have selected your address the web page will reload and all the links will be connected to your property to make viewing the information even quicker for you.

Steps:

• Enter your properties address
• Select your address from the list
• Select the link you want to view from the web page

This page also loads in important information that relates to properties, these are the boxes to the right in the 'Did you know?' section. Also under that you will see the latest notified consents.

My Council

The 'My Council' section displays all the information on our website that relates to the council and the running of council.

You can quickly find out who your councillors are and how to contact them.

This page also loads in important information that relates to council, these are the boxes to the right in the 'Did you know?' section. Also under that you will see the latest projects, public notices and the upcoming meetings.

My Community

The 'My Community' section displays all the information on our website that relates to the community and services that council offer.

You can find details about community groups in the community or you can advertise your own.

Steps:

• Enter the group or club you are after
• Select the group or club to view the details

This page also loads in important information that relates to the community, these are the boxes to the right in the 'Did you know?' section. Also under that you will see the latest projects, community news and what the latest comments on the 'Make my voice heard' section are.

My Voice

The 'My Voice' section displays all the information on our website that relates to you been able to have a say. You will see links to the latest submissions, feedback forms, online surveys, add community news and add holiday programmes.

You can add your community news or holiday programmes to our website:

• Select 'add my news' or 'add my programme'
• Enter all the details about your news or programme then send it
• We will review it and add it to our website if appropriate

This page also loads in important information that relates to you having your say, these are the boxes to the right in the 'Did you know?' section. Also under that you will see the latest projects and upcoming council meetings.

My Payments

The 'My Payments' section displays all the information on our website that relates to making payments to council for services, rates etc.

You can see the latest fees and charges by selecting them from the scroll box.
