The Property & Rates Database allows you to search for any property in Napier, you will then view publicly available
information about that property, some of the information that you will get are:
Property Details (area, certificate of title, legal description, wind zones)
Rates Information (valuation number, current valuation, land value, capital value, improvements, current
rates breakdown, history of rates)
Election Wards (what ward you are in, find your councillors)
Building and Resource consent details (current status, code of compliance)
Rubbish and Recycling Collection Days
Help Using the Database
This database allows you to search by the properties address or valuation number, once you have entered a search you will
be returned a list of properties that match your search.
Once you find the property that you are after please click on the link, you will then be taken to a page that has all
the information on it about that property, also once you have selected a property in this database it will be assigned to you
while you are browsing this website.
This means that if you go to another search page that relates to a property any of the information
will be tailored to that property. You can select another property at any time and the new one will be assigned to you.
