Building Inspections
A list of required building inspections would have been attached to your building consent when issued/granted.
These inspections will be required to be carried out at a prescribed interval and will require you to be book your
request on Councils inspection line.
The inspection line is available 24/7 and operates a answer
phone outside normal working hours (8am - 5pm).
A Minimum of 4 hour notice is required for an inspection and 24 hour for a final.
