Public Toilets

Council provides and maintains public toilets throughout the city. A long-term programme continues to improve the standard of public toilets.
New toilets are being built and existing toilets significantly upgraded.
Council aims to discourage graffiti and vandalism and mitigate and their effects by repairing damage just as soon as practical. It also has
murals painted on buildings that might otherwise be targeted for graffiti.
Public toilet service includes the cleaning and maintenance of the public toilets throughout the city. Additional toilets are maintained and
operated by other Council business units at various facilities in Napier. Every public toilet is cleaned at least once a day and toilets in high
use areas are cleaned three times a day during the peak season of summer.

- Memorial Square Community Rooms 8.30am-5pm (Mon-Fri) 9am-1pm (Sat)
- Anderson Park 8am-7pm (7 days)
