you want to update the details during the year you can fill in the update form with the changes.
If you are a Hawke's Bay community group or club and would like to be enter in this database please

The unit's activities are aimed at promoting and protecting the health of the community throughout the Hawkes Bay and the Chatham Islands. Services include environmental health, food safety and quality, communicable disease control, health promotion Public health nursing,vision & hearing testing
