Help with browser issues

This site is optimised for version 4 browsers and above. It is best viewed with a 1024 x 768 screen resolution.

This site has been tested to work with the following browsers, some browsers have minor errors that are explained below:

• Internet Explorer Version 4 and above
• Mozilla
• Firefox
• Opera (known size variations with top menu and photo gallery)

Using this site without a mouse

The site can be used without a mouse. There are shortcut keys that will take you to commonly used pages such as the home page and the search page.

To use these shortcut keys hold down the ALT key (PC) or CONTROL key (Apple Macintosh) and then one of the keys in the table below. In some browsers you may have to press ENTER to confirm your choice. In the Opera 7 browser press SHIFT-ESC, release those keys, and then press your chosen access key.

Help With JavaScript

This site is created with the help of the scripting language JavaScript. If you are having problems with the website this maybe because you do not have JavaScript turned on.

JavaScript is used to open up online forms on the website so if you cannot open any of the online forms this maybe the reason.

• Open your browser and the click on the Tools menu option at the top of the web browser
• Click the Internet Options link on this menu
• Click on the Security tab at the top
• Click on the Custom Level button at the bottom of the window that opened
• Scroll to the bottom of the list that appears until it says "Scripting"
• Under this area select the option Enable
• Click the ok button to save the changes

If you turn on JavaScript or it was already turned on and you are still having problems please contact us and we will try to solve your problem.

Help With Printing

This site is setup as a printer friendly website, this means that when you hit the print button in the browser it will only print the main content of the page, it will not print the main menu and the bulletin board down the right hand side.

All submenus on this site are also not printed when the page is sent to the printer. If you would like to print the page as is use the print screen button on your keyboard.
