The preparation of your map will be based on information you have provided in the above form and created from various Napier City Council databases. It is made available in good faith but its accuracy or completeness is not guaranteed. If the information is relied on in support of a consent application it should be verified independently by contacting council planning or building staff. The information provided in this map is only a subset of the total information available from the Napier City Council Planning Department and in no way whatsoever can be substituted for a LIM or PIM. Any discrepancies in the data shown on the map should be reported to the Planning GIS Team

As the map will be created from the property location details and layer information provided by you when completing the form, you are accepting full liability for the amount shown when you submit the map request. An invoice will be included with the map and should be paid either on collection at Town Planning Reception or by the 20th of the following month. All outstanding accounts will be subject to Napier City Council's normal debt collection procedures.
