Valuation Information

The Council's rates are charged based on property values supplied by Quotable Value New Zealand.

Quotable Value New Zealand are contracted by the Council to undertake three yearly rating revaluations.  The last valuations were effective from 1 September 2005.

Objections to rating valuations are also handled by Quotable Value New Zealand.
